Didn't get round to it at the weekend but will deffo get my ears round it tonight, mate. Don't think I'm gonna do anymore work on that song tbh, want to keep that one in particular short and sweet. Might add some other layers to it, though. As for writing other stuff, aye, there's a few tunes I've been playing with on the guitar but was struggling with lyrics. But, today, I wrote 2 in the space of an hour. I've got a tune that should go perfectly with one of them so will be working on it tonight.

Oh I didn't mean you should carry on with that song I just meant with writing in general I agree, it's fine as it is. I've hit a creative block, I think I'm done for. Might have to learn to play the B chord Keep it up, I'd be a pleasure to release 'The Tuckerman - Rate My Mood 3000' EP on yellow peril records.

It's ace being able to have a creative output like this. I know what you mean about the creative block. Whenever I sit down and try to come up with something I get bored easy and just feel generally uninspired. Gonna have a go at recording something tonight, maybe I'm over the worst. Gonna try n put together a concept EP, the concept being the weekend. Well, weekends that I used to have aged 18-21. Oh, and 'Rate My Mood 3000'

I'd love to collaborate with you, make some dark DJ Shadow or dubstep type music with you reading out your current moods, we would probably win the mercury prize.
Barny, I'm sorry man. Next time I do a video I'll speak like Prince William to avoid confusion.

Listened last night, massive stuff. I'd love to do a cover of Rolling Thunder (best tune on the album for me) sometime. The YouTube video explaining each song was magical

Thanks Tucker & anybody else who took the time to listen, I appreciate it very much.
I've recorded a concept album/EP today, is 14 tracks, 7 being me telling the story, 7 being songs to do with the story. It's inspired by Lee Hazlewood's 'Trouble Is A Lonesome Town' & various Spaghetti Westerns. It only clocks in at 16 minutes so I guess it's an EP, I'll turtle it once jamesDCody does the artwork. I'll probably do a video for that one when the time comes, add extra cockneyism's to it so Barny doesn't have a clue what I'm talking about.

Video introductions are a great idea, might steal that for my next album Karl..
Good work on the album though, very good in places, do love the Gotta be Free/Folk Song one-two, probably my early favourites.
Gotta Be Free could be a Motown sounding song with full arrangements and Folk Song has a really nice guitar melody.
Looking forward to the concept EP

Yeah I imagined gotta be free with a full on motown sound, also pub rage with the musicians of the british empire, proper grage-punk! Thanks for taking the time to listen guys & for the feedback. My EP 'Trouble In Springville Canyon' is finished & will be released in the next few weeks. Here is the second release on Yellow Peril Records, a dance project by JamesDCody which is available to download now. yellowperilrecords.blogspot.com/
