Something just struck me when looking at my last fm page- how many individual artists have been listened to (1,741). This is not some kind of thinly disguised boast, it just staggered me. I'm sure everyone would be surprised by their own. I can't be arsed trying but I wonder how many could be recalled.

yeah not a fan of the new look. tbf all this thread is good for nowadays is new years day. i like looking back on my yearly list but the weekly stuff can fuck off.

I don't even check lastfm anymore, it looks so pony.
5,201 artists for me, though I listen to lots of Soul, Reggae & garage-rock comps so it isn't really anything impressive.

Could be the end for me and last.fm Nothing I can do will make it scrobble my ipod, given that the majority of my music listening is on my ipod in my car or on my ipod at work, I think it may be the end of the road. As a temporary solution i've been using universal scrobbler and manually scrobbling from their database, which is absolutely absurd and quite frankly very sad of me. Everyone's been complaining about the same issue on the last.fm site but they seem to care, or don't have the resources to sort the bug out even though for a lot of people it's been a problem since they brought the new site out. Absolutely gutted as i've been scrobbling since 2011 and i've been pretty diligent about making sure everything gets scrobbled. Over 50,000 scrobbles now. All down the swanny. Feel like crying TBH  |
