Gem Archer has revealed that he is still on spanking terms with ex Oasis member Noel Gallagher, revealing that a possible Oasis reunion is not out of the question.
The Beady Eye guitarist told Q Magazine: “Noel texted me just an hour ago, in fact. He made his decision and we made ours, and he knows that this is now what we’re going to do.
“Do I think Oasis will reform in a few years? Give us a chance, man, no one’s thinking that far ahead.”
Gem also spoke about producer Steve Lillywhite’s influence on Beady Eye’s debut record saying: What did Steve Lillywhite bring to the studio? Liam would probably say his iPad, but he was a ball of energy and made us focus and work really quickly. It was that vibe again of trying to create a proper debut album – and that’s exactly what I think we’ve done. It sounds exciting.”
