Fucking hell I've not seen that for some time. Aye the company went bust in 1995, back when i was a kid it felt like everything ever made was produced by Rank.

Universal Soldier in '92 I think, I must've been 8 years old . All I remember is I fucking hated all the noise and hid under the seat . Wait, I actually saw Father of the Bride when I was 7.

E.T. was the first film I can remember going to see. I dont really remember the film (I do now obviously) but I can remember going into the cinema with my dad and crying after. Return of the Jedi was the first one I can properly remember! Me, my brother and Dad all going into the cinema in Renfield St in Glasgow (which is no longer there ) all excited and loving it!

didn't go to the cinema a lot as kid either. the first time I went my mum dressed me up/out in some massive leather jacket. thanks mum, from jorma. I can't remember which one I watched. My parents were shit in that department. Renting movies and going to the cinema. Luckily I had a very good mate and we rented movies and watched wrestling at his place. I think I watched Jurassic park at some time with my aunt. But Im not sure, it could have been that we were going to but it was cancelled and we just had the McDonald's special order. I think it was the latter.
Mahoney. You must have a shit load of cinemas in TCOTU who does small films and films you like? and not for 10 quid

The two earliest memoires I have of the cinema are my Gran taking me to see Mrs Doubtfire when I was 6 and then The Lion King when I was 7. Oh those where the glory days alright. Before the harsh realities of life weighed down upon my innocent soul. Still, I did also go and see JACK when I was 9 so that made up for some if it.

There's 3 around the same time frame that I remember. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan I was like 4 and I cried when Spock died. I dont remember doing so, but my mom insists. ET - I definitely saw, but I don't remember going to see it. Return of the Jedi - At a drive-in. I remember that as it was a double feature with 80s classic "Krull" that we left in the middle of as I had fallen asleep. ------------------------- First movie I ever saw with friends was Friday The 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan. We bought tickets to something else and snuck into this. I was 9 or 10, dont remember. The theatre was close to where we lived so we just walked.

It's too fucking expensive. If I do go usually it's in TCOTU then it's a saturday so it's 10 quid, 10 quid to watch a film I could buy for 3 pound on DVD a year later. I deliberately try to pick a long film when I go as well to get my moneys worth So yeah my best memories of films from a young age were video rental shops. VHS artwork was the fucking best, they really could make the biggest pile of shit look the most amazing film ever. Who the fuck could see that on the shelf & not wanna hire it out? Are you calling the conan series shit!

I'm pretty sure my first cinema experience was either : Or Whatever came out first Only remember one thing about each film... I was a huge He-Man fan and remember being disappointed that there was no Adam (he was always He-Man) And Superman I remember being shit scared of the electric guy, his voice scared the shit outta me

First one I can vividly recall was Young Einstein. In the movie, he splits the atom and produces beer from it or some shit. I was convinced for years after that this 'Young Einstein' person actually invented bubbles in beer.

Kindergarten Cop with Arnie.
When that kid said that hing about penis and vagina it was the best moment of my life.
Also saw All Dogs go to Heaven or something like that. Just remember it being incredibly upsetting.
