kinda the opposite really. in todays video blog for it he says how hes proved he can do this and is churning out standard darren hayman songs daily no problem so wants to push himself a bit further now and make things a bit more interesting and challenging.
im hoping for some heavy metal tomorrow.

DAY 25 and 26 - both of these are more traditional heyman numbers, nice little pop dittys. day 26 is especially good though this is to be expected as it features one of the wave pictures.

i love this thread, and the way you can clearly sense Jan's original enthusiasm dripping away with each update Reminds me of that thread i once did covering Ash's A-Z series. I think it got about 2 replies that wasn't from me Looking forward to The Flaming Lips year-long one, mind!

DAY 29 - one of the best so far - sounds like guided by voices
DAY 30 - as a stand alone song this one doesnt really do much but i do really like it. seems the sort of thing that would work really well towards the end of an album, which i guess it is really, so yeah thumbs up.

DAY 31 - the lyrics of this one are very deep, specilly the line where he says "I'm decided to extend this to February oh oh oh"
