The Cruz stoppage was frustrating. Couple of seconds left in the round and he was clearly trying to get back to his feet. Chances are he was going to lose that fight but I still would have liked to have seen that play out more. I'm calling bluff on Cejudo's retirement, I reckon he's after more money from Dana.

He won the first for sure, there was a close round which could have perhaps been seen as his if you scored it on damage alone. Had it 4-1 myself though.
Typical, Jones gets what he wants as usual. Feel sorry for Dominick Reyes, I thought he outpointed Jones in their fight. Should have been forced to fight him again before going up to heavyweight. Now Jones has pretty much made that division look redundant where he has cleared it out, so Reyes will not only be tarnished if he wins the belt, but his fights won't draw shit either.
Ngannou best get the next shot at Stipe. Stipe I can't see fighting until at least December, Jones hasn't had a fight since early Feb so they should fix him a fight with a top 10 HW. I'd love it if someone like Derek Lewis knocked him out in 20 seconds. I can see him fighting Overeem as a first fight, just as long as they don't give him a title shot straight away, that'd be bollocks. Though they always bend over backwards for him, he's gone from refusing to fight for months, yet no talk of stripping him of his belt to all of a sudden being a favourite for a HW title shot.
