Yeah, I loved the start too. Nothing really grabbed me after that though, I need another spin.

I've been listening to the streaming of the album on various websites the last couple of days. Liking it more & more, sounds like a grower to me. So far it sounds like their 3rd best album, but still to early to tell.
The reviews for it has been really mixed.

I had a listen through yesterday and quite enjoyed it, BSP records usually grow on me anyway.

First listen opinion. I liked it. The upbeat tracks were classic BSP, the slower ones didn't grab me at all but as with all BSP records those songs have either grown to the point that I love them or remained tracks that just don't do anything for me.
I think what makes the band for me is the lead guitar, it's so fucking powerful. It's like every time he lets rip we get a another girl, another planet solo, fists in the air.

I really agree with your opinion about the single fitting really well in the album run

I have been listening alot to this album for a week now, really liking it. As an album it has a great flow, unlike DYLRM, an album I had a hard time listening to in one go. For me it hasn't any weak tracks, although it never reaches quite the same heights as Decline or Open Season. But every track has something that keeps me listening, and "Living is so easy" has really grown on me. The whole album is a grower, and having a great BSP album again is really something.
