Japan is getting the album. It makes sense.
I think they hit the US eventually, but right now they're only going to places that are getting the album.
I wouldnt be surprised to see em in between Europe and Japan, but I think fall is more likely.

I think we'll see them sooner than Fall. If they're doing IOW in the summer surely before then they'll do some more touring and at least have like a 6 date tour of Toronto, NYC etc

Its only hopeful right now. North America is not getting the record. Thats a roadblock to a possible tour.
If it doesn't happen in between the European and Japanese tour (Europe ends 3/22 - Japan begins 5/6) then we're most likely not getting em until after festival season.

You'll probably get a US Tour after another European tour. This Europe tour is just a teaser i think, they're waiting for album sales to book or not bigger venues in Europe, then it'll be america.

Thats why you order it now. I dont buy many CDs, but when Ive preordered off of there I usually get it before release date. They're allowed to ship imports sooner.
