really enjoying the couple of singles ive heard by this new band from morcambe.
theyre clearly influenced by the smiths, orange juice etc all the popular british 80s music that people are ripping off these days, but these guys have some big tunes.
like i say, ive really been enjoying these singles but at the same time i cant help but think they remind me of someone who i think is really shit but i cant think who the band is
its almost as if i consider them to be a guilty pleasure or something - probably just because theyre not american and drenched in lofi fuzz tho tbh.
anyway heres some songs to check out...
