Hope you let me join this again, I was out and couldn't listen and review but I'm all for it now, don't care about the date.
So Robert Johnson, I had heard a little before, that kind of old blues always gets me, really stripped down and passionate. Incredible use of the guitar too. Agree with all who said that an actual album would be better, hard to listen with those different takes and that, but on the other hands with just two sessions recorded it's like he had all his life carried on a bag with that compilation. Don't know about the whole importance and influence he could have later appart from the obvious, as I tend to lose between the dates and don't know how many people where doing that at the time. But he seems to treat and control every single trick of blues, later stolen by rock, love it.
8/10
Any turtle for Rolli's one?

I think Mahoney or Der Effe should post an album NOW and keep the wheel rolling, always thought this was a great idea...
