In the not too distant future, everyone will be playing for Barcelona.

Yakubu to West Ham - didn't see that one coming. Crouch to Everton - lolz. Unless Arry has someone definitely lined up, really don't see the logic in selling Crouch after just a year in which he played a fair amount of games and scored a few (though not a tonne) of goals, he definitly adds something different up front

If I was Crouch I'd move to Everton, I reckon he'd definitely do a great job for them. At least he'd get the proper run of games he deserves.

I dont want us to sign crouch, also we play 4-5-1 and I dont see how crouch would fit into that

There is absolutely no way on this planet that Moyes will sign Crouch, it's the press putting 2 and 2 together and getting 43.
Beckford is yak's replacement, the money will probably be spent on Donovan. Imo.

Apparently Spurs are interested in bringing Gallas in, wage demands are too high at the moment though

Spurs have been linked with the entire planet and signed no one.

I really hope that Bellamy and Ireland are excluded from the 25 man City squad... not to be selfish but they would be fucking MASSIVE at Newcastle.
The kinds of players we want tbh. Fuck Ben Arfa.

Fuck Ben Arfa. you couldnt afford either. nor would they be hugely likely to sign. west ham today followed up their 6m bid for yakubu they made at the start of a summer with a new improved £2m bid.

If Bellers is out of the squad, he isn't gonna retire, and he isn't going to leave the UK. He's going to want the Premier League, and knows Newcastle.
Wages wouldn't be similar but do you think he'd give a fuck?
Ditto for Ireland... I'm not saying there is anything behind this but I'd be ecstatic were it to happen, that is all.

Anything behind the Samaras + loads of cash for Becchio of Leeds Utd rumors?

I've not heard anything but I should hope so. Despite the fact that I'm not exactly up on how good Becchio is, anything to get Samaras out of the squad. The futher away the better. He's a lazy, lanky, skelly eejit.

Thanks for the info, I had no idea.... Anyway, stated policies mean fuck all, whether it be by blatant lie or simply by a changing of policy based on situation (i.e. Bellamy saying fuck this, can I come back?) We also weren't supposed to sign anyone over the age of thirty and a week later big Sol signed on. What of that?

And Ashley can certainly change his fucking mind based on the situation. even if he did I doubt any sane player would want to step into a relegation battle unless no one else was in for him, and spurs want bellamy, city just arent keen on selling him to them. on deadline day bellamy will go to spurs, ireland may or may not go (they'd be mental to sell him really) possibly to everton or villa or someone like that.
