Channel 4 have revealed that they will air a special Beady Eye show, live from Abbey Road. The 30 minute show will feature the band, fronted by Liam Gallagher performing new tracks as well as an exclusive interview with the group. Neil McCallum head of T4 and Music at Channel 4 said: “We’re looking forward to broadcasting Beady Eye’s eagerly anticipated televised performance prior to the release of their brand new album. “In addition, it’s exciting to be announcing a brand new spinoff series, Abbey Road Debuts, which will allow the next generation of musical stars the opportunity to perform in such a historical space. “We envisage the shows to be the perfect accompaniment to the main series, collectively covering a whole new musical spectrum.” The Beady Eye special will be aired in February to coincide with the release of the bands debut album “Different Gear, Still Speeding”. www.misformusic.com/2011/01/channel-4-to-air-beady-eye-live-from-abbey-road-special/

It was stated as one of things Oasis couldn't do due to Noel's injury in the case against that weirdhead.

Would be exciting if not for the fact Liam always sounds dire live if you're not actually at the gig WAT? You possess ears, right? Aside from a small number of gigs, Liam has sounded shit when he's recorded live for ages now.. Don't get me wrong, it's a totally different story when you're actually at the gig, but let's be honest, the odds are against him.

Well it's before any tour starts so hopefully it his voice won't knackered And although it's them playing live I'm guessing it'll be recorded so they'll be able to re takes if he sounded that bad
