Classic band, tons of amazing singles. They had a big part in soundtracking my youth ffs. They've kind of fallen off the radar per se, but what does that mean anymore anyway? So they've lost the gal, good, I think it's made them even better. Back to the basics of fun little pop tunes. Releasing those two "compilations albums" recently, or whatever you'd like to call them, I think it features some of their best stuff yet. I've been  to this tune all evening for example. What a great group really.  ;D |

vastly underated band yeah. always seem to forget about them until each summer but tunes like oh yeah, sometimes and girl from mars are all time classics. up the wheeler!

great singles band, some of their later albums have been a little weaker though! they played at Middlesbrough town hall the day we won the Carling Cup  never seen a band so worried on stage, amazing day! |

Tim's a dude, he's a friend of a friend of a friend of mine and i've had drinks with him a couple of times. The drummer is a turbo cunt though and i think the bass player thought he was possessed by the devil for a while a few years back.
First 'gig' (free NYE show in Belfast's Donegall Place) was Ash, must have been around 1997.
