I'm probably being slow here, and/or an ill cunt, but is your rip just a tidy-up of these dodgy mp3s, Bob? Or a proper quality rip loike? I've re-cut the single track leak and fixed the volume and quality problems.

Yeah this isn't going down in history or anything like that; it does seem like a compilation of songs rather than a cohesive record, some fillers, but The Roller still makes me very happy to be alive and that renders all the negative things useless.

Heathen Chemistry got rave reviews from most of us when that leaked. Just sayin' Every new material leak gets mainly favourable feedback at first, from past experience. Not that i'm saying those who love it are wrong. In fact, i'm really hoping i am Will be interesting to see what people think once it sinks in a lot more, and the original excitement at new stuff and the hype dies down though

We were all younger & more madferit when Heathen Chemistry leaked.
I'd just got back from the job center being told I'd have to paint school fences for my giro when I came on MSN & Bill started sending me the tracks through ICQ. It was the best day of my life.

10 tracks. Remove some of Liams and Gems tracks, add world outside my room on it and you've got a strong record.

I've re-cut the single track leak and fixed the volume and quality problems. You're not reencoding at any stage are you? What was the bitrate of the original one-track mp3 file? I read somewhere it was 192k but the one I have is 234k VBR.

I read somewhere it was 192k but the one I have is 234k VBR. The one i had was 320k vbr, which is what the one i'm now turtleing is as well. It's not going to be studio quality but it's better than the split track version that's been turtleed previously.
