i think it's alright. never really expected much from this album, so i'd say it's quite a bit better than i thought it would be. it's got its fair share of crappy lyrics, samey song structures and stupid "na na na" bits, and the whole thing struck me as fairly forgetable, but there's nothing really awful a la won't let you down.
but i did enjoy some of it quite a bit (millionaire seemed like one of the strongest tracks to me on first listen, doesn't seem to be getting much love on here), seems like a 6/10 album or so.

10 tracks. Remove some of Liams and Gems tracks, add world outside my room on it and you've got a strong record. Probably, but do we know who wrote what?

Probably, but do we know who wrote what? yes we do if i remember correctly Andy : FLW, milionaire, beat goes on, kill for a dream (or win up dream) Gem: wind up dream (or kill for a dream), three ring circus, the roller, Standing on the edge of noise Liam: B&S stones, bring the light, wigwam, morning son WOMR is likely to be Andy, the feel, the structure of the song cant be liam or gem, it's a bit too elaborate.

It's not going to be studio quality but it's better than the split track version that's been turtleed previously. Maybe I'm listening on some real shit gear, but I think the rip sounds great! Honestly do. Some of the splits on the separated version were badly done, but I've just done my own splits, saved them without re-encoding and it sounds great. Will do fine until at least one of the Warez groups gets hold of it, and at latest until when we can buy our own copies in less than a fortnight. Reminds me of when Oasisinet tried to stop people downloading the Heathen Chemistry leak by saying it had been recorded from "outside a studio door". Had it fuck. ;D

Had it fuck. ;D I know there's nothing wrong with the single track version, that's what i said. It's the split one that's fucked, that's why i've done a new split version with all the tracks at the correct volume and split in the correct places.

Hang on, now I'm seeing that the original, original single track file was 128k. Ahh fuck it, this won't matter in two weeks time.
