In Rainbows was piss poor. Not expecting much from this. 15 Step 8 Bodysnatchers 8 Nude 10 Weird Fishes/Arpeggi 9 All I Need 9 Faust Arp 8 Reckoner 8 House of Cards 8 Jigsaw Falling into Place 9 Videotape 8 15 Step 9 Bodysnatchers 9 Nude 10 Weird Fishes/Arpeggi 10 (quite possibly my favorite track of theirs ever) Agree with the rest. Absolutely solid album and expect more of the same on Saturday. |

Count me in on the In Rainbows bandwagon. All I Need is one of my favorite Radiohead tracks. Hoping for more of that or something along the lines of Sail To The Moon. Thom's quiet shit is where it's at.

But no one has any idea what this album will sound like and it's just 5 days before.
Fucking hell I love this band.

So rare these days to find an album you know nothing about this close to a release. Like the old days, get the album on release day and listen all the way through without having heard any tracks (bar the single usually). |

I really fucking loved that 'These are my twisted words' song they released a while back, kind of meandering Neu! esque rhythm going on, wouldn't mind at all if they headed for that direction..

looking forward to this despite not really ever clicking with in rainbows.
when i saw thom yorke live in cambridge a year ago he did several new songs that sounded amazing, dunno if any of those will be radiohead songs though or stuff for a solo album. give up the ghost especially was amazing and id love to see on the tracklisting.

I hope there is a 15+ minute song on there, Radiohead have never really done the long song thing, would be interesting to see what they could do with a nice groovy and lengthy song
