The only wiki page I've ever edited was when me and my friend edited Corrado Grabbi's wiki page about five years ago to say he had bad AIDS and that he scored 88 goals in 70 games for some team back in Italy. The first bit got edited out, the second bit is still there to this day. Anyway, google "Vicky Park" and you will see loads of Victoria Park references. I matter, and I've just called it Vicky Park. |

To cut a long (boring) story short there's problems with this gig I'm putting on tomorrow (hence not making the gig) and I need to head out of TCOTU toneet. i can't stand the shortening of place names like that, not quite sure why as i am more than poncey like that in several other areas. everyone from my hometown of lichfield calls it lich vegas and it makes me cringe so much i want to flay my own skin off That's not even shortening it. TBF I think all these " - vegas" suffixes you see being put onto place names in the UK are meant to just emphasise how shit the place is. Not that I do it like. Still, Vicky Park seems to be catching on! |

in my second year of uni, i used to live in pretty posh yet fucking dull halls called victoria halls. it was shortened to vicky halls (not by me). then when a bunch of asian parents realised that their children could live in a sterile, homogenised bubble rather than grubby, fun student housing, it became known as vikram halls |
