According to one fan on Oasis fan forum live4ever.us Noel has joined under the username @noelgdgallagher with the member posting: “I’ve been told it is his official account which he has set up ahead of his album release this summer. @noelgdgallagher. www.twitter.com/NoelGDGallagher“.
The Twitter page has not been verified however and just includes the words “General Dread” under his bio.

To be honest I thought the GD bit was a bit suspect as that was his tour nickname from the last oasis tour and for some reason didn't think he'd use it as part of his name
