Thoughts?? Would anybody pay $185 to go??? Any recommendations (specially from the mid-lower tier bands) Is anyone coming?? Im personally not very excited and will find a way to sneak in some day. But I am interested in some recommendations for those mid-lower tier bands if anyone has any. lineup.aclfestival.com/p.s. im highly excited to see The WALKMEN, I never seen them live and I want to rock out to The Rat.

shit lineup,shame i paid $185,i was expecting radiohead and we get coldplay and ray fucking lamontage which is a step above jimmy buffet.

Saw the Walkmen open up (should have been the closers) for the new pornographers. Hamilton is a belter and a half. twas impressive as fuck and they did not play the rat on that evening.

Yea, I saw them headlining back in December. They pretty much blew me away and they did play The Rat that gig. Matt Barrick is fucking amazing on the drums as well. School of Seven Bells and Tennis were the openers, but the sound was poor for them and it made me mad. This is probs my fave version of The Rat....

This is probs my fave version of The Rat.... yep. the drummer is badass. just drums his ass off (esecially angela surf city). they were really really impressive. the_mex (by the way i love that you still have that gif) some middle tier bands that i think are at least worth giving a listen to before heading out to consider are (and to be honest i might not even really enjoy some of the ones i list): fitz and the tantrums j roddy walston and the business kurt vile smith westerns though i wish they had a singer who meant it cold war kids are not bad live delta spirit
