RIP. Only recently started listening to his music last year.
Another name mentioned in Losing My Edge that has dropped. I think that song could be cursed.

RIP Gil Pieces of a Man is a class album, and I'm New Here that came oot last year was brilliant as well. Read his first novel The Vulture last year also, really good read. Got into him through Supergrass covering him and Kanye sampling him on Late Registration, real hidden gem, shame to see like, 62 is no age |

Covered Lady Day & John Coltrane around the time Roud to Rouen was released, really decent cover.

Nice one, just found the tune in a b-sides folder I stole from somewhere years ago. Would of had no idea it was a cover back then.
