I'd buy CD's... As someone else said on here, I've got every Oasis official release on CD. I would have liked to carry on with Beady Eye, but they didn't do it. I only bought the 7" because they were limited. I don't even own a record player.

I cant see why you would pay for it though? Purely cos you want it to chart? Charts dont matetr anymore any way. Surely you can findeverything for free in good quality anywhere on the web? Id rather have the cd/vinyl single, nice for the collection and to actually have it. and if you want it you can download the track any way, or rip it, whatever. Thought the 7" releases BDI did were a great idea. No issues with physical releases for singles at all, I welcome even more Noel's decision to release CD singles. But the general point was that CD singles to not suddenly cause the chart position to rocket, there's many other factors.

Little By Little/She Is Love Downloaded everything after that I gave up buying the singles when sotsog came out, but whenever i find one now that i dont have i get it. theyre usually in the 1 euro section anyway Still regret it that back in the days i didnt buy the 12" vinyls, i remember the local record store had all 3 of them (be here now times) hung up in the shopping window but only now i realize that they actually were 12" singles and not weird little posters or. impossible to get them now obviously.

You know how it's deemed cool to figure out which parts of songs Noel has stolen from? Well I'm proud to say that Noel is an Elliott Smith listener. That riff at the start of TDOYAM = the riff at the start of this one... legendary songwriters, unite

I'm liking the song but why "I'm watching my TV, or is it watching me" is not getting a soapbox award for dumbest line ever in history of mankind??
Even Bill would blush singing this line in front of a camera!!

Really? I think it's great. George Orwell could have written a book entitled 1984 about that line.

I'm sure Orwell would have written something called 1984 with all the political motivations and allegories of the case (as he would have done had he written something called Animal Farm) while Noel wrote it just because cause he typed "tv" on www.rhymezone.com

I don't really know what your point is? It's a brisk, witty and most definitely deliberate line, just like some of the best lyrics around tend to be. I feel the point you're trying to make is that because Noel hasn't got a degree and is a thick ex-builder from Manchester, he can't possibly reference something as 'intellectual' or as thoughtful as 1984. Well, fuck off.

Can anyone confirm if Neil Young has read 1984 or not? This is getting serious. If it helps then Guigsy once said his favourite magazine is FourFourTwo. My kinda guy, doubt Shenandoah would like him though.

Well, fuck off. nah man, I'm just saying that you're seeing what you want to see, as I thought it was a stupid line and you came out with the Orwell shit and the likes to give it some dignity, not me, you're the snobby fella who needs to give something he likes some kind of intellectual background, so shut up.

I don't think it's a shit line.
"She put an apple in my eye"
"I've got a habit that a cat won't lick"
"You see me, I've got my magic pie"
These are shit lines.
and of course:
'The bottom of a bottle - 'cos every man's a possum"...
