i love them both, was great to see noel speaking today. could listen to him forever. however, if liam did all that shit, why have the rest of the band sided with him instead of noel? especially a meek type like andy bell or noels bumchum gem?

maybe because they thought its not their fuckin business, and liam was the first one who wanted to get a new project goin? i think people tend to read to much into the roles of gem and andy in that whole matter lol theyre just happy they can make music and earn money
noel and andy dont seem to be best friends though...

I supose it was not the first nor the last fight they witnessed, so they probably didn't expect it to end like that. Noel was quite visible needed to stepping out of Oasis and the rest wanted to keep the ball rolling. Can't see any problem with it.

Also, if you're Andy & Gem, you're going to have a lot more input and say into a project with Liam than you are with Noel, without being too harsh, they would simply continue to be side men with Noel, maybe throwing in the odd the song here or there, but ultimately Noel is gonna be the boss. With Liam, he needs them as much as they need him so a colaboration would seem the most natural and easiest option for all parties concerned.

without a doubt, Andy and Gem probably seen it as an opportunity so step out of Noels shadow, even in Oasis they got 1 or max 2 per album, if they joined a band with Noel i'd still see that happening, with Noels songs taking up the space Liams would have on the album, plus Liam has a gift of making average songs great with his voice, definitely works better for Andy and Gem.

before reading mccarroll's book i'd always preferrred noel tbh. but after reading his take on it i lost a bit of respect for noely g. don't get me wrong i always thought he was a coldfish of a man. but i didn't realise what a sour puss cunt he really was. so liam 4-0 noel. ;D spartans unite.  |
