now this isnt going to be to everyone heres taste but since seeing her at latitude ive become obsessed with sea of bees.
a lot of her press compares her to a female sparklehorse but id say the more obvious comparison is joanna newsom, especially vocally.
she just sings these really beautiful songs with quite naive and heartfelt lyrics almost childlike in their honesty but totally sincere too. and her voice totally blows me away. shes a bit weird too which is always a good thing and is quite interesting to watch onstage.
she has a debut lp out called songs for the ravens which is well worth a download but i think its in the live setting she really comes into her own.
