Anyone here been, what's your experiences?
I wanted to do Coachella 2012, but just looks a little too expensive with wanting to buy somewhere decent to live so have just bought Benicassim 2012 early bird tickets tonight.
Any hints and tips on travelling, digs etc, things to watch out for?

I want to go one year as well. It just seems like a lot to organize with flights, transfers, a hotel and a coach to the festival from the hotel. I wouldnt fancy risking doing something wrong when booking things.

mustve been coleman then...gave loads of tips and advice then he never went Anyway, I'd say GO. I went and fucking loved it. Get in early, get an apartment in Beni or nearby. Dont camp, it's too hot. Fly into Barca or Valencia and get the train to there. We had a few nights in Barca either side of the festival so had a summer holiday as well as the festival. Do it

Do it Yeah that's what we are going to do. Found some apartments in Benni for £285 for the week and reckon we will fly to Barca as ryanair fly there cheap from Newcastle like. Think it will be class like, well looking forward to it like

good stuff, PM me if you want any more info etc, Baz has been too. One thing is make sure you pre book the train from Barca to Beni, that's a must. You cant just turn up and jump on it, or at least you couldnt when we were there.

Is it a chew on getting there from Girona and should we fly to Barcelona main airport?
Easy jet flights out now for Barcelona main airport, but not sure on if should hold out for Ryanair to Girona?

Go for Girona and take the bus that eufest.com provides, it takes a few hours but it's really cheap. Really can't recommend Beni enough, amazing festival.
