Honestly, out of all the Noel songs I've heard so far from his solo album, this is the most disappointing. It had loads of promise yet goes absolutely nowhere. I was beyond pumped when I heard the clip from that commercial, but little did I know they managed to sum up the entire song in that single clip. Meh, just lazy songwriting/production/whatever.
Perhaps my expectations were too high after hearing the commercial clip, but what a fucking letdown.
Also, the whole noel comment that the album doesn't have a guitar solo until track 25 (or whatever) seemed great, until I realized it probably meant he's just going to loop the same fucking sound over and over and over again for 4 and half minutes on every track (or just about). This song could only have benefited from a cliche lazy oasis noel guitar solo, and I never thought I would ever type those words.

Yeah it desperatly needs a guitar solo, a drum solo or even a tap dance solo, but something to break those 4.49 minutes of repetitive bits. The song itself isnt too bad, as unintendo said, the commercial edit was good enough. I suppose 2.30 mins was more than enough for that kinda structure. Let's hope for a radio edit on the single now. and let's hope it gets more adventurous on the rest of the record. Coz two out of three tracks are kinda made for people who put music on to get a break from silence.

Jimmy, honest question. Why do you defend literally everything Noel does, says or every form of 'criticism' towards him? Isn't there nothing you dislike about the man? In terms of songs, decisions he makes musicwise? Just curious, because as much as Liam is the biggest don on the planet, I could name a few songs etc. he did I don't like. I'm not in love with him, you know. Do you have a crush on him? For the record, this has nothing to do with the BDI vs. Noel stuff.
