I quite enjoyed that Brighton gig. though I didn't eat all day and had a big coat on like a cunt and blanked out at one point  couldn't see a fucking thing, had to push through everybody and get some water, mad times. I did see a kid slip over in a puddle of puke when his route out of the cinema crossed with the Oasis queue and spent about £10 on one of these bad boys:  - so not a total loss. ffs that's supposed to be one of those horce racing games at the arcades |

haha I was in the queue when that happened Was so embarrassing everybody held back from laughing until the kid walked off then the whole line started cracking up. |

I don't remember that, just remember the kid slipping Thinking back thats one of the few things I remember about the gig, hadn't even had much to drink that day cos we couldn't get down there early. Was fucking freezing, kid fell in sick, electric soft parade supported, I blanked out to little by little ( ) & noel got the hump and wished everybody hypothermia for singing to Wonderwall because he was doing the Ryan Adams version  |

We met Noel a few months later at a Stands gig, Balldog said thanks for wishing we get hypothermia in Brighton and Noel called him a cheeky cockney cunt Was still madferit back then but looking back I shouldn't of bothered with the brighton gig, I'd already done the 3 finsbury park gigs and the manc cricket ground one that year. Was probably the same fucking set, ALL IN THE MIND. |

On the DBTT tour Me and will did Glasgow, 2 nights in manchester, 2 in milton keynes and the southapton gig where we watched some drunk shambles piss up the bloke next door's wife and then get the shit kicked out of him. Also queuing up all night on the pavement outside Poole lighthouse to get tickets and getting a couple of hours kip in some bloke called Larry's car, who had told me he'd stabbed someone to death in south TCOTU a couple of weeks earlier. Couldn't beat an Oasis gig thats for sure. |

Larry sounds like a top bloke. We should get him here to replace Lenny. I say I went overboard on the gigs that year & it was the same set but then I will probably end up seeing Beady Eye do the same set for the 5th time this year. Madferit4life. |
