I'm obviously a massive fan of Noel, but clearly his confidence in his guitar playing is at an all time low. The tone he gets from that beautiful Martin acoustic guitar is shockingly bad. Also, his vocals have become "whiny" in some spots live, and even the "raiiin-aaain" bit on "The Good Rebel".
Nothing to be too concerned about, but these haven't been his best performances.

I think the lack of confidence thing could be true to be honest.
I watched a vid of him doing AKA.......and it looked he was hanging onto it's one chord for dear life.

Those two songs arent strong enough to be stripped down, that's the reason. TDOYAM is a much suitable song for that kinda performance.
