My father saw them that year but in the Astrodome which sounds cooler but that tour the band was on fucking fire. He also saw them live at the Vicente Calderon,that sounds like magic.
Best band ever.

I know it's not quite 1970s Texas but I saw them in Edinburgh in 1998. First gig I ever went to. I was only 12 and only knew 3 or 4 songs, but it was bloody brilliant.
