If the line-up matters, then why did you want to go in the first place? As I said before, the line-up is horrible.

Take one step back from what you think will portray you as cool and make you feel special, and you will see there's a good share of amazing bands on that list. (With some awful too, as always.)

Most of them are, yes. Only Pulp and Jeff Mangum are really worthwile seeing from that list. Radiohead have some good albums, but hearing that Thom Yorke cunt talk 2 minutes of shit between every song gets boring after a while The Shins are nice, but not really a band you'd go for to a festival. Explosion in the Sky could be interesting, that is if they didn't keep repeating the same boring shit the last 5 years or so.

Thom Yorke barely talks at Radiohead gigs.
Anyway basically YOU don't personally like the lineup (although again I agree with what backstreets said about it more being to do with you unsuccessfully trying to appear cool) but it's proving hugely popular, there was no more of a buzz about Coachella than usual until the lineup poster got announced. I didn't know anyone who was that bothered about going, but after the lineup got announced I know dozens who would love to go.

Yeah, I'm so trying to be cool There also is a 'buzz' for Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber concerts and they're proving to be 'hugely popular'. What's your point? That you have horrible music taste?

Look at the types of people who have a "buzz" for Gaga and Bieber concerts, and look at the types of people getting excited about the Coachella lineup. You are such a moron, seriously.

To be honest I'd love to go to a concert festival but Coachella is full of cunts nowadays. My proof? One of the girls in my office who doesn't even like 'indie' music (she's mostly a fan of heavier rock bands), but is only going to drop acid with her other rich mates and cause she fucking has a lot of money. So fuck Coachella and the people that go there.

TBF Ana I know of at least 20 people who either are planning to go or would love to go if they could who totally don't fit that description and just want to go because of the selection of bands. One person isn't really an accurate sample. Glastonbury has plenty of people like what you described, but theres 200,000 people who go and the general mood is still good. I'm sure the mood at Coachella is nowhere near like Glasto mind but the same principle still applies.

I want to go because I like the bands and because I want to find a rich girl who wears hippie head bands and has a dad who wants to give me both cabin and yacht rights based on my handshake

You don't need to get mad just because you have horrible taste in music. Or did you just want to go there and sell E to naive Americans. For 40 quid. You hated touts, didn't you?

Excellent stuff Abs Epic show, some of the catfish can easily swallow a human being. Some of them even did. Although, all you'd need for abs to get swallowed is a frog.
