He scored just some goals for Braga last season, but he wasn't a first team player. He's 36, and although a very smart player, he will have some problems with the game's pace, and the Championship is not home for very smart players as far as I know. Is there some interest for Cardozo by Everton? And how much would Everton pay for him? We'll have whatever United give us for Baines. I think that for at least 15 million euros you would get Cardozo. He's 29 and might be our last chance to get some money for him.

Park Ji-Sung to QPR for either £2m or £5m depending what you read.

Cardozo would be great for Everton. The way he plays age isn't a big problem. I can see him scoring 20-25 per season.

apoo rantly united have made a 20 moolion bid i put moutinho in my liverpool transfer wishlist. wish we'd put 20m in for a player like moutinho 12 months ago. instead of that we went an unproven player like henderson. still a legend though kenny.

Van Gaal is the new manager of the Dutch national team. Pretty happy with it, for me it was him or Adriaanse (basically the same kind of manager). They have the courage to make strict changes. I'm not thinking we'll amount to anything result-wise, but all the rows that are going to ensue will be good to follow. And this'll definitely mean that there's going to be some young blood brought in and that useless cunts like Heitinga and Mathijsen are history.

Have fun with her, she died of having cancer in her vadge so you wouldn't be the first I reckon. Still a better defender than Heitinga though.

Roma forward Fabio Borini is expected to become Brendan Rodgers' first signing as Liverpool manager. The 21-year-old Italy international worked with Rodgers at the Chelsea academy and on loan at Swansea. Talks between the parties are ongoing and although the deal has yet to be agreed, the potential fee is likely to be in the region of £8m. On Monday Rodgers had stated that he was close to making an "exciting" signing. "We hope to complete a deal this week which will be a real exciting one for the club," he said. SO WHO THE FUCK IS HE “

3 Prem clubs are reported to be interested in our goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga. Southampton, Everton & Spurs are the 3 I've heard.
Cracking young keeper and former Valencia youth player. Won't be ready for that level for quite a while as he's still pretty much a novice - played less than half the season as number 1 last year. Much loved here tbh.

more pleased with getting him than sigurdsson that's for sure. ;D u rate him over dempsey. a proven premier league player for a number of seasons now. don't think dempsey is top drawer or anything but he's better.

Dempsey's had one good season. Sigurdson looked top drawer in his brief time at Swansea and is around a decade younger.
Dempsey is ok, about as good as your top assist provider from last season - Charlie Adam.

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers says he would consider letting striker Andy Carroll go out on loan. The 23-year-old England international has struggled to meet expectations since joining the club from Newcastle for a club record £35m in January 2011. "It's something I would have to look at, I have to be honest," said Rodgers. "Andy's always going to be linked with clubs, whether he was here or not. He knows exactly where he stands, but I have had no inquiries about him." Carroll has been linked with a loan move to Italian side AC Milan, who were reportedly impressed by his displays at the recent European Championships, where he made three appearances for England and scored once, against Sweden. Rodgers said: "There are many things to going on loan. Is it going to be beneficial for the club, that's the most important thing? "Sometimes a player going out on loan - in general, not just Andy - can benefit the club in the long term. "It gets them game experience and they come back a better player, a more confident one. Certainly more so than if they've been sitting on the bench for the majority of the season. "I'm not going to sit here and say I will never let anyone go on loan, then come in here in two weeks and a player's gone, and you're saying 'you said you wouldn't let them go'." Carroll came into this summer's international tournament in Poland and Ukraine following arguably his best form in a Liverpool shirt, during which he scored the winner in the Premier League game against Blackburn and goals in the FA Cup semi-final and final. Prior to that the striker had come under criticism for his performances in a Reds shirt, with him having scored just eight goals in 49 appearances since his high-profile move from Newcastle for a record fee for a British player. Critics have also suggested that Carroll may struggle to fit into Rodgers' preferred 4-3-3 style of play, while the manager is also believed to be keen to sign forward Fabio Borini - with whom he has worked at both Chelsea and Swansea - from Italian side Roma. "He's [Carroll] no different to any player we have here," added Rodgers. "They might have all the attributes but not the mentality to play. "It's a wee bit unfair for Andy to get labelled any other way. He's a good kid, a good lad, so we will just see how the formation of the group shapes up over the next four or five weeks. "My task is to build a group that can challenge. Hopefully when the bus leaves at the end of pre-season, it will have the people on it who I want." well well well. not that amused with a loan. considering we paid 35m. i was pissed off that we loaned aquilani and he only cost 19m.

Thing with Dempsey is, I think he flourishes more being the outstanding player in an average side. Should do really well at Liverpool then badum-tish.com/Thank you, thank you
