Ashcroft's doing shows again? Is it with that abortion of a group he did that RPA thing with last year?

This is his first show back. I read somewhere he's dropped that, got some American kid in who's 'amazing' and has someone from the verve (not nick, one of the other faceless blokes) in his new band & he's wrote 12 new tunes which are much more song based than his last record.

His backing band were great live on the last tour.
Were they not white enough for you SRK?

He should not bother with a band, just turn up with an acoustic and play Sonnet & Lucky Man in a huge white parker & fuck off. Best gig ever.

His backing band were great live on the last tour. Were they not white enough for you SRK? I'm holding his band responsible for that album. Because clearly it can't be Ashcroft's fault that the songs were so terrible.*** ***operating under the assumption that human conditions/keys to the world never happened.

For my money all his solo albums are shit. I reckon if I went back and revisited the lot I might be able to come up with a CD's worth I'd want to hear again. I think most people seem to dig Alone With Everybody, I thought it was boring when it came out & still do.
Always gone & seen him live & always enjoyed it though.

The man running this festival is ruining Benicassim tbh, this year the lineup is one of the bizarrest things ever, besides a combination of the shitest NME bands of these days.

Yeah, blame the horrible black people with their hippidy hop and their afro hair cuts. You're worse than Suarez ;D

Yeah he's a monster. He used to own Reading/Leeds festivals with his Mean Fiddler company then either sold or morphed into Live Nation.
Fair play anyone out there to grab a buck from live music, everybody is at it but he loves to give interviews and tell everybody how much he loves music & hang about with artists. Just fuck off.

I am not. "United nations of sound is shit" is a term of endearment for black people in Canada! Honest!

It's now official, Vince Power is one of the biggest cunts ever. He has converted a very profitable thing in a dilapidated business.
