He's an Orcadian guy living in TCOTU who makes off-kilter music under the name Half Cousin ; kinda like Can meets The Kinks. I got his latest LP 'Fantasy Belt' and it's pretty eclectic
I think he's been around a while, but I must admit I had never heard of him until 20 mins ago.
