Has anyone seen New Order since they reformed without Hooky? They're playing toronto in october and a friend of mine wants to go, but I'm kind of leery about driving 4 hours and paying some ungodly amount to see them without arguably their most important member.

Their setlist since they've comeback is essentially a greatest hits sit with a few Joy Division songs in the encore so if you wanna hear the hits I'd imagine it'd be a good night out. I wouldn't pay 40 quid to see them though.

They were quality at T In The Park. Obviously would be better with the full lineup but the setlist they are doing is great, definitely worth seeing on that form anyway. I'll be seeing them supporting Blur at Hyde Park in a couple of weeks.

i will also be seeing them at the blur gig. probably gonna go see hooky doing unknown pleasures later in the year too even though everything is telling me its a bad idea to do so.

I saw them two weeks ago at T in the Park and they were fucking amazing. A 100x better than when I last saw them, when Hookey was still in the band. Gillian Gilbert on keyboards >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hook on bass
