Was having a browse on NME.com and the review for this lots debut single popped up. Described as ...
... i was expecting the worst when i started the video on YouTube, it's decent but not worth the wanking NME will do over them.
Is it me or does the singer sound a bit like whoever the singer in The Kings Of Leon is?

They've two singers and one sounds like joe strummer, live at least.

Great band; it's sort of refreshing to hear a single that includes basic instruments/no laptop effects. I watch this video and regret not being 21 still, so I kinda hate them for that.

They were pretty excitable when I saw them at T in July, but they were playing for an hour and just didn't have the material to justify a set that long.

Super band, their album never tires, i find myself coming back to it time and time again. I get where Chrissie is coming from mind, i watched their Glastonbury set on the TV and it dragged in. A band with their energy yet lack of material should be doing 35 minute sets levaing behind them a pile of sweaty bodies, if i'd seen them at a festival i'd probably have found myself wandering off to be honest.

i saw them live about a year ago in a tiny venue where they properly smashed it. played for about 40 minutes and the energy was incredible, reminded me of when i saw the libertines on their first ever tour. since then though i thought the album seemed a bit rushed and the hype behind them seems to have faded already. will keep an eye on them but i dont think they'll ever really live up to that early potential.
