I’m happy to say goodbye to Glastonbury now. The one I went to pre covid was perfect. I’ll let the kids enjoy it now. It is and probably always be a beautiful place. I’ve officially hit old age now, I’ve no idea what sza sounds like. there will be more than enough on the smaller stages to make it worthwhile for anyone going.
That said… Coldplay and Keane in 2024 is a pisstake.

Glasto is essentially two different festivals these days. There’s the real event people buy a ticket for and spend several days happily wandering around the dozens of stages. And then there’s the festival streamed live on the BBC, which gets people on social media really upset when their favourite dad rock act isn’t headlining.
Having said that, the lineup is defo one of the weaker ones IMO. They should have given PJ Harvey a headline slot. And had Idles shot.
