It's not great but as long as they tear the place down with Four Letter Word, it'll be okay. Plus it's about time some of younger generation who have only grown up with shite pop music discovered the force that is OUR KID. I wonder how many 12 year olds haven't heard Wonderwall.

I don't see what's so bad about it?! All the biggest artists do it. Everyone's so po faced about Bands doing what they can for a bit of exposure, but think nothing of raping there albums as soon as it leaks. Can't have it both ways kids

They're doing an acoustic gig in Kingston to launch the album Friday week. Went down there today and got tickets. Think they're onsale on Banquet Records website tomorrow. Guy was telling me they had Miles Kane down there the other week. "Yeah, he's dire."

xfactor will be huge. really dont get the problem. there's hardly any tv programmes that showcases bands nowadays, the xfactor is one of the very few. it will give them massive publicity.

If Noel did this, you'd be making a thousand posts a day. Beady Eye are performing on the xfactor because they desperately want chart success. This is fine, but don't pretend it's rock n roll. The hypocrisy on this board is phenomenal.
