The radio rips are better quality.
It was really noticeable on Iz Rite and Soul Love on the version I was given by a certain forum member.
I'm not going to name names but lets just say he was probably eating spaghetti and greasing his hair when he sent me the link.

Okay, had my first listen through and thought I'd share my thoughts / ratings:
Flick of The Finger - Just epic. Best thing Beady Eye have done & better than anything off Noel's first record. Probably better than anything Oasis did since D'Ya Know What I Mean. I'm rolling the big numbers out here... 10/10
Soul Love - Love the production. It's all very atmospheric with a sinister streak throughout. Liam sounds banging and the lyrics, although quite simple, are not that honking. 9/10
Face The Crowd - Some of the guitar parts reminds me of a song by The Vines, "Ride" I think it's called. Some cool things going on but gonna need some time to digest this one. For now, I'm playing it safe with my rating. 6.5/10
Second Bite of The Apple - I like it. The drums and instrumentation in the verses make it sound very baggy / loose and give off an almost reggae type vibe to me. Lyrics are forgetable but no absolute clangers. The line about tickling feet is slightly wtf but, overall, strong tune with a big chorus. 7.5/10
Soon Come Tomorrow - Some dodgy lyrics, but musically, I'm very impressed. Again, dark & atmospheric in places with a bit of a western vibe going on. Better lyrics would've seen this get a higher rating. 8/10
Iz Rite - Very summery, which I guess is a bit of a cliched thing to say when it comes to albums from one of the Gallaghers, but it really is. It's shimmering, bright and very catchy. I think it was Baz who said it's addictive, and it really is, especially the vocal melody. Lyrics are once again uninspiring but nothing sticking out like a sore thumb. 7.5/10
I'm Just Saying - YES! This is powerful stuff. Definitely the most Oasis sounding song on the record. Liam's vocal delivery has some real venom here. Again, questionable lyrics (1,2,3, just you and me, 7,8,9, just wasting time....really?) Other than that, this is a beast. 8.5/10
Don't Brother Me - It's too long. Would've been fine as filler if it was three minutes long but there's not enough going on to warrant it being as long as it is. I like it but it just repeats itself. The last minute or so is cool; a bit spacey / dreamy. I really can't believe Liam used the line "Come on now give peace a chance" We know he's mad on Lennon, but it wasn't necessary. I'd like to say it might be a grower but it's too long to grow. I'll probably just listen to three minutes of it each time and then move on. 6/10
Shine A Light - Cool as shit intro gave me high hopes for something really majestic. Did it deliver? Well, yes. The intro led me to believe we were getting something totally different and the song only revists that vibe slightly in a bit of a breakdown in the second half of the song. All in all, great tune. It's quite the stomper. 8/10
Ballroom Figured - Liam sounds really good but the song is just a bit boring, really. From what I've heard, Off At The Next Exit is a million times better than this. It's not completely awful by any stretch of the imagination, it just goes nowhere. Would've been fine as a b-side. 6/10
Start Anew - Rolling out the big numbers again, here. What a way to close the record. I really liked the acoustic version from that French radio performance but the production here is just incredible. Liam sounds fucking beautiful. 10/10

nice review tuckerovski, i am currently in the middle of " soul love", really liking the feel of it,..now lets face the crowd face the crowd,..haha so much for no effects on liams voice this time kind of grunge-like (maybe not, not an expert), and yeah a lot of vines-vibe in this one

Nothing really was actually bad, but the only song that stood out for me was Iz Rite, as it obvious as it might be. I'm Just Saying is close to being a very good song, bordering it, but I thought there was something a little wrong. So so far out...

So, back the the record....
Nothing here is as bad as Kill For A Dream or Wind Up Dream (the 2 tracks DGSS didn't need IMO) And, Flick of The Finger, for me, is better than Four Letter Word & Bring The Light (best songs on DGSS)
The only to tracks on BE I'm not entirely sure of are Don't Brother Me & Ballroom Figured. The rest is ranges from good to bloody great. It also feels like more of an album that DGSS did.

Not sure if it's legit 320, ax-man. Sounds decent enough to me. File size of the one I got is like 113MB.

With a decent rip I'll probably give all songs 10/10.

On the Murphy scale that is at least a 37/10

I've not bothered to listen t ANYTHING ( and I mean that) til I get a good quality rip but I'm going to stick me neck out and call Tucker out for 2 10/10s. I'll be very fucking surprised if these are in the same bracket of Gimmie Shelter, Made of Stone et al
