I've not watched this yet but I'm sure it'll be well worth checking out.
Our homage to the man whose ability to change whilst remaining himself has been a massive influence on us. There are many legends in the music industry but for us, there is no greater than the mighty Dave. We've included all things Bowie, whether that is original songs, covers, backing vocals, production work or reworks we made, to attempt to give you the full scope of the man's genius.
For the visual side to this mix our friend Wim Reygaert (who also made the amazing film for Into The Vortex) came up with the most ambitious film for RSWX, taking us on a fever dream time travel through the man's career starring the amazing Hannelore Knuts as Dave. We've got to extend a special thank you to the cast and crew and everyone involved in this film for putting so much time and energy and heart and soul into this amazing film, it is a pure labour of love for the phenomenon that is Bowie.

It was not exactly what I expected, a little too weird (and we're talking about Bowie) but decent enough.

I think it's great. The visual element of it is nice and all, but it's quality just to have on to listen to. The mixing and ordering of the tracks is sublime.

Yeah, that was absolutely superb, there were at least a pair of fist in the air moments. And Freddy Mercury

Watching that has put me right in a Bowie mood. Going to listen to his 10 albums frim '72 - '80 in order during this week. If only Brian 'Kickin' Up A Storm' McBride still posted, he was the forum's biggest Bowie fan

Classic McBride. I've told this story a 100 times, but I'll never forget the 45 seconds I met him at a Kasabian gig in 2005. He appeared out of no where with Makershaker, fucking hammered, and kissed me before staggering off. He knew it was me as I'm pretty sure he said something like 'I fucking love you Columbia_rocks_man.' Later on at the same gig someone threw a trainer which smacked Serge straight in the puss. The fucking poof went down like a sack of potatoes and refused to come back on after he walked off.
