What a dad rock predictable square he is. I think the idea is that the bands he likes are so predictable. Of course he's going to book bands he likes...

Was belting out the Mel C parts of that song at work this morning. Proper anthem.
If Liam booked it it'd be
Night 1: The cast of spungebob's square pants sing The White Album
Night 2: The All-Saints
Night 3: An evening of Comedy with Ricky Hatton
Night 4: Beady Eye performing 'different gear still speeding' in full
Night 5: Mark Owen performs 'Green Man'
Night 6: The bloke from echo and the bunnymen who smokes alot. Liam to re-live the glory days with the nah nah nah parts.

I'd be at every night bar the last one. I'm confident LG would also book The Seahorses as one of the main support acts.

And Liam'd chuck in a wild card, like Howard Marks or something.
The only surprise with Noel's lineup is that Weller's not headlining a night

I went both nights when Noel played there in 2010. Arena for the first night, gastro dinner and stalls for the second night.

I think I went to both nights in 2005/2006 (or whenever it was. I went to the original Koko gig too and the Union Chapel one) when he debuted the light hearted acoustic take on Oasis tunes. 7 years later and he's still playing the same version of It's Good To Be Free and pedaling the sound as his solo career.
Awful cunt.

...except in those days he had a decent musician (Gem Archer) putting some life into the songs. I wasn't exactly the biggest fan of that set-up, but it was 1000x more energetic than Noels' current MOR dirge.
