Borrowing heavily from the Libs forum with this tip.
Anyone heard them? They're the real deal. Think Strokes/Modern Lovers/Fall. The album is fucking ace. They have two nights at The Shacklewell Arms and The Sebright Arms in mid march. Tickets on sale now at about £6 each.

I wasn't very impressed with Light Up Gold. However, the guitarist is in another band called Fergus & Geronimo who are awesome. Their record from last year was one of my favourites of 2012.

They make all the right sounds, I just didn't think they had the tunes to back it up. Fergus & Geronimo on the other hand are wonderful.

Agree to disagree, but I reckon at least half the tracks are little anthems. What with this an Frank Ocean I'm beginning to get concerned son ;-)
I'll check out the Fergus & Geronimo stuff :-)

downloaded the lp a couple of weeks ago and quite enjoyed it. need to give it a few more spins before making a final verdict though
