I've seen worse lists. I guess the top pick stings to some people, but if Coldplay had disbanded after that record it would be regarded much higher by everyone.

It is even shitter than it should be because they had a drop-list and you could only vote for one of the top 100 most played acts on the station & bbc2 chose only one album from each over the artists that you could vote for.

songs about jane by maroon 5 is better than anything bowie has ever recorded. FACT.

obvs a shocking list BUT, i maintain that Rush of Blood to the Head is a good album

rush of blood isn't a bad record at all i agree. x&y and whatever the last one was called are the only truly bad albums coldplay have made, imo.

but *of course* they were top of this list and with no radiohead in the entire top 100.
