Heard the first couple of episodes are weak but it picks up. Anywhere got a site where it's streaming? I downloaded some torrents but they didn't work

I hear its continuing to follow the Royle Family path of series 1: 10/10, 2: 9/10, then falling massively off the face of a cliff and hardly anything since then being worth a damn.

First episode was good but more plot than funny.
Second episode is dodgy mainly because of who it's based around.

I'm 8 episodes in..
It starts off slow, but it definitely gets better and better. Each episode basically reveals more and more about the same central story so what at first seems quite random and a bit all over the place, eventually starts to reveal itself and as the stories start to overlap, they make more sense.

Yeah, I'm only 6 episodes in, but by the fourth it starts to pick up steam. There's just too much territory for them to cover to bring the viewer up to the present day, so the jokes are sparse to begin with, but the Tobias episode is definitely up there with the original series in terms of quality.
