Anyone here that's aware of the dude? Until recently I only knew "Rumble" and more or less thought him to be some weird 50s rockabilly pikey. But I've been going through his 70s albums, for some reason I don't know, and there's some magnificent stuff on them. Proper rock n roll. Puzzles me how he only has 30 ratings on rateyourporn tbh. It's mostly some kind of weird acid-country rock, sometimes a soul choir thrown in, pretty, pretty good. I think Jerry Garcia plays on one of the albums, which doesn't mean anything.

ive his self titled album downloaded but must admit havent spent too much time with it. im pretty sure i got it after reading an interview with bobby gillespe who reccommended it.

I like various songs, I've only heard one early LP which I wasn't fussed about but I'm pretty sure if I dug deeper I'd strike gold. Billy Childish has spent 35 years ripping him off so he can't be bad!
