I'm not sure I miss them but I'll never stop loving them. I've a lot of good memories attached to so much of their music so will always cherish them if only for those memories.
I've actually listened to Oasis a lot this weekend, especially the stuff from 2002 onwards. I don't think they've released a complete piece of work since SOTSOG but HC, DBTT & DOYS all have some great moments and I've been trying to make an amazing album out of the 3; something I've not done for a while.

don't think i listened to them at all in 2013 and haven't so far in 2014, so i can't say i miss them tbh. can't see me ever listening to HC, DBTT or DOYS again bar maybe a couple of tracks. my enthusiasm for SOTSOG dwindled but i still think it's a good album with some great moments so i'm sure i'll revisit that at some point. BHN and MG i honestly can't remember the last time i listened to them from start to finish, but would certainly enjoy busting out the big guns from either one. DM i will always be happy to stick on and listen to the whole lot.

Half of their catalogue just don't care for anyone, but that has a lot to do with the mastering as much as the songwriting.
Out of their canon I still feel very strongly about these songs
Some Might Say Slide Away Columbia Half the World Away Do You Know What I mean As Long As They've Got Cigarettes In Hell (How Strange Is That) The Importance Of Being Idle The Turning Live Forever
The rest is just meh, to oh yeah, I really liked that when i was 18.
Noel is still a great raconteur hopefully he winds up with a radio show one day on 6 music.

Love The Turning, in an ideal world I would have loved for all their latter day output to sound analogous to that.

Started listening to DOYS the other day. Bag It Up, The Turning, Waiting for The Rapture and Shock of The Lightning are such a great start to the album prob the best 1-4 tracks i can think of, shame that after that its basically a bag of shit

I honestly find it hard to acknowledge any list that contains an overall Oasis top 10 or 20; maybe so throughout different periods (as in 90s then 00s), but the above two lists especially piss me off. The Importance Of Being Idle? Hardly the worst track ever recorded but give me Headshrinker any day. Oh and Roll It Over - it's fucking amazing. Where is it?

Fade Away (warchild) is actually the only other song I can think of with female backing vocals, and that must be the same for Liam too? A genuine rarity. I'm a fucking fan boy nowadays. Proud of it, motherfuckers.

SOTSOG is prob my fave Oasis album (prob cos i have played DM and MG to death), don't know why just love the whole sound of it, stick Let's All Make Believe in there instead of I Can See A Liar and it's a stone old classic. Any other band release an album like that now and it would be hailed.

I listen to oasis every single night......I have the lullaby versions of Oasis Miss them? Nah, I miss the time when I was so into them: mid to late 90s. But that's more with me wishing I was still young and free. Those tunes basically soundtracked my youth. The emotional ties to those songs mean a lot today. Like Karl said if they reformed i doubt I'd pay to see them. But they are and always will be my band

Analogous is entirely the wrong word for that sentence, you useless fucking pseud. Really? analogous adjective their lab results were analogous: comparable, parallel, similar, like, akin, corresponding, related, kindred, equivalent. ANTONYMS unrelated. Argue with Oxford

I recently threw together a bunch of Oasis tunes that get me pumped to listen to in the gym.
D'Ya Know What I Mean Acquiesce Fucking In The Bushes Headshrinker Bring It On Down I Can See A Liar The Swamp Song I Hope, I Think, I Know Put Yer Money Where Yer Mouth Is My Big Mouth Stay Young
Had it on this morning walking to work and honestly, they all sounded soul-blisteringly good. Looking at this, I should probably add Shock of The Lightning to the list.
