Yeah I enjoyed both of the EPs she's released. She has a great way with words, very different approach to song writing. Musically sounds a bit tired to me in places but I'm looking forward to what she does next.

edit: can't say I've heard the original but that was very enjoyable, jp. Very Cat Power-like and I like the lyrics a lot, plus dirty fingernails; working class hero already.
double edit: Billy Bragg, such a legend, a true socialist hero. I also learned tonight that Maxine Peake, one of my favourite people on tv, is also a socialist. This has been a good night.
