The notoriously outspoken The Talk host took to her Twitter Monday to air her thoughts on the surprising music move, in which instead of giving users the option to download U2's new album for free, Songs of Innocence was just put into everyone's iTunes libraries as an already "purchased" album.
Sharon, 61, didn't hold back.
U2 you are business moguls not musicians anymore. No wonder you have to give your mediocre music away for free cause no one wants to buy it.

The insults than turned a little personal with some colorful language.
Whose political ass are we going to pull you out of today? Or are you front row at another tragic fashion show?...

Jimmy Iovine, iTunes, U2, you're a bunch of megalomaniacs. FUCK YOU!

Though Sharon is of course not the only person upset at the Apple/U2 stunt.
Apple created a help page Monday with specific instructions on how to remove the album from your iTunes libraries and your purchases list, undoubtedly due to a lot of angry reactions from iPhone users.
But according to U2's manager Guy Oseary, the band expected all of the resulting backlash.
"It’s a gift from Apple. If someone doesn’t like the gift, they should delete it. ... There are people who are going to be thrilled to get a gift. There are people who are not going to care to have this gift. We knew all of that going in. No surprises here," Oseary told Mashable. "We just want to share it with as many people as possible. If you don’t want it and you don’t need it, delete it."
