Sold out in 5 minutes. MASSIVE. He's just been announced as one of the headline acts for the Belsonic festival in Belfast next summer. Noel played it in 2012 but since then the venue for the festival has changed and the capticity has increased dramatically. Another HUGE win for Team Liam.

Liam no longer needs to talk about Noel, he should lay off for a while and pretend he isn't interested in reforming even if he is. Noel will need to pick up the phone to him at this rate.

I'm legitimately thrilled for Liam.
And I also still enjoy the record.

just upped the album to 4 stars from 3.5 on rateyourmusic.com, effectively awarding it an 8/10.
ITS GOING TO MAKE MY END OF YEAR LIST NOW GUYS.
i take back what i said about it being the same level as beady eye. this has loads more staying power and works loads better as a whole consistent album.

Bought it on vinyl as I've decided to start collecting again, so thought what better place to start.
Fuck though, bought it with 4 others and it cost me £106 in total. Now I fucking remembered why I gave up initially! My new church clothes will need to wait a month.

Can anyone give me a tutorial on vinyl players?
Which one should I buy
Do I need an external speaker?
I currently have a Bose Bluetooth speaker, cost me about £300
Obviously don’t want to downgrade in terms of sound quality
I know fuck all about vinyl players.

Mine was £50 from Lidl Just loved the style of it and the speakers feature although don't use them as wired up external ones through a decent amp. I don't see the point in spending hundreds on a record player, it's decent speakers you need.

Can anyone give me a tutorial on vinyl players? I currently have a Bose Bluetooth speaker, cost me about £300 if you really want a decent vinyl set up that's close to useless, a decent record player will be a few hundred quid, project are very good and well styled, loads of other decent ones too. you'll want an amp of some sort and a pair of stereo speakers.

So I need
A vinyl player with an amp + stereo speakers
Is this the height of sound?

The amp's gonna be separate. I'd honestly rank the importance as speakers > amp > turntable although admittedly I just went with aesthetics with the player.
I'd also recommend not testing your first play with Loveless.

Was blown away by Liam's voice in Newcastle last night. Best I've heard him live in 17 years. It was a sensational gig.

Liam’s smashing it on the red button.
Poor Noel.
