Heavy Air by The Lavender Flu be my new favourite album of the year.
It's essentially a psych leaning huge double album of home recordings. Weird and wonderful with moments of loveliness.
Cannabis might've been involved in the making of this album.
This is probably my favourite track this year so far. That simple, pretty melody is proper earworm material. In a good way.

Anyone heard a band called exmagician> I don't know much about them but saw they sited Captain Beefheart, SFA & The Beta Band as influences. Checked Spotify and they have an album from this year called Scan The Blue which sounds pretty damn good on first listen.
