Butland & Pickford have been a lot better, barely a game goes by where Hart doesn't let in a saveable shot. Another England manager who makes noises about picking based on form etc. but just can't bring themselves to do so.
With a front 5 of Pogba, Lemar, Mbappe, Griezmann & Giroud, France managed to draw 0-0 with Luxembourg. This (and many other examples) will be conveninetly forgotten by pundits the next time England make hard work of beating a team in a qualifier and we hear that 'France would have stuck 8 past them'.

Of all the examples of players being selected regardless of performance I reckon this is the worst of the lot. If he emerged any time in at least the last four years he wouldn't even make the squad.
On the doorstep [Siouxsie] asks me whether right or left would be the best direction to find a taxi, and although her best bet would be left, I suggest she turns right. It is churlish of me, but it is she who has set the pace.
Go fuck yourself, we had Nazi problems. Had ridiculous bad luck in the T&T game and other events. Pulisic is a real deal talent. We're one one of the top 20 teams in the world, I have no doubt about that.
I asked this after last world cup. Is Concacaf stuck with 3.5 bids in perpetuity? What does it take to earn another one? Is that possible?
