Well that's just fucking shite. His tweets before he went AWOL are really sad. Poor bastard. Just listened to Floating in the Forth, fuck me that's grim now
On a side point, the biggest problem with mental health issues is the ignorance of others. There is absolutely fuck all wrong with saying "I'm struggling here". In fact the bravery of those who do admit it and seek help should be lauded. The stigma that surrounds mental health issues should be long gone in this day and age. Guys really need to get over ourselves and talk to each other if things aren't going to well. Look out for one another ffs

really sad news this. i know not many were fans on here but i always enjoyed them, particularly the midnight organ fight album. saw them live a few times too and always found them enjoyable. those last couple of tweets are real grim  |

RIP, that's really sad. Saw them once around 2007 on a bill with Camera Obscura & wasn't keen, though I never did give them a listen on record, just one of those bands I'd always hear people talk about.
